Halo (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a college essay coaching platform operated by Fruitful LLC. Our website is located at haloadmit.com. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at hello@haloadmit.com.
2. Information We Collect
Account information
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive your name and email from Google.
Profile and academic information
During onboarding, you may provide your intended major, grade level, graduation year, GPA, test scores, extracurricular activities, demographic background, and other academic details. All profile fields beyond email and password are optional.
Essay content
We store the essays you write and edit on our platform, along with AI-generated analysis, scores, and feedback associated with those essays.
Voice recordings
If you use the voice monologue feature during onboarding, we record, store, and transcribe your audio to generate a student story profile. Recordings are stored securely and are only accessible to you and our systems.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. Stripe provides us with your subscription status and payment history.
