Text Message Program

Halo is a product of Fruitful LLC, 82 Wendell Ave. STE 100, Pittsfield, MA 01201. We ask for permission before we send a text message, and this page shows exactly what we ask and where we ask it, so that anyone can read it without an account.

Opting in is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Questions go to hello@haloadmit.com.

Booking reminders

Who gets these: anyone who books an introductory call with us at haloadmit.com and chooses to give a phone number.

What we send: a confirmation when the booking is made, and up to two reminders before the call — about one hour before, and about fifteen minutes before. No more than three messages per booking. We do not send marketing or promotional texts on this program.

How someone opts in: the booking form opens from the homepage at haloadmit.com. The phone number field is optional, and the notice below sits directly beneath the form. Submitting the form with a number in that field is the opt-in.

This program is not currently running. The booking form does not ask for a phone number today and no message has ever been sent on it. The notice below is the one the form shows when it does, and it is reproduced here so that it can be read before rather than after the program starts.

What we never do

  • We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
  • We do not share or sell mobile numbers, or text-message opt-in and consent data, with anyone for marketing purposes. The only third party that receives a number is the carrier and aggregator we use to deliver the message.
  • We do not text anyone who has not given us their number themselves.
  • We do not make texting a condition of anything.
